Who owns the website and domain?
I register and manage your domain so it's always renewed and never lapses. On a pay-once plan, the site and domain transfer to you once the final payment is made. On a monthly plan, I keep managing everything while you're subscribed, and after 12 months you can buy the site out for a one-time fee listed in your contract.
How does the monthly plan work?
Instead of paying the full price upfront, you pay a small one-time setup fee ($99 for Starter, $199 for Business) plus your first month. The monthly price covers the design, domain, hosting and small edits. There's a 12-month minimum, then it's month to month.
What do you need from me?
Your logo if you have one, photos of your work, and a short call so I understand your business. On the Business plan, I write the copy for you.
I already have a website. Can you redesign it?
Yes. Send me the link and tell me what isn't working. I'll quote the redesign in writing, move your content over, and keep the old site up until the new one is ready.
How do refunds and cancellations work?
The first payment holds your spot and isn't refundable. The rest is spelled out on the terms and refunds page and in your written agreement before any work begins.
